An amphibious otter-and-manta Lumo that glides through rivers and across wet ground on its broad fin-tail.
A streamlined blue body with a pale underside, webbed forepaws, whisker fins, glassy dorsal membranes and a broad manta-like tail fin. Water ribbons flow from its shoulders while moving.
